Step 1 — Reception and guidance
Presentation of MIREC services and the framework of our collaboration.
An interview to understand your expectations and analyze your motivation for employment.
Step 2 — Career plan
Identify your strengths, reveal your skills, target the jobs you are looking for, identify barriers to employment and understand the labour market.
Establish an action plan to help you find a job.
Step 3 — Support toward employment
Support with your job search steps (CV, cover letters, job interviews...)
Matching with job offers, connecting with regional employers, vocational training, company internships...
Step 4 — Follow-up in employment
Negotiation of hiring and signing of the employment contract.
Follow-up of your integration into the company during the first six months of your contract.
Step 5 — Sustainable, quality employment
Validation of your employment.
Closing your support process and evaluating our collaboration.
For whom?
We support unemployed job seekers who are no longer subject to compulsory schooling and meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Ne disposant pas du Certificat d'Enseignement Secondaire Supérieur ou d'un titre équivalent (CESS)
- Remained unoccupied 24 months in the last 36 months
- Réintégrant le marché de l'emploi
- Bénéficiaire du Revenu d'Intégration Sociale (RIS) ou de l'aide sociale financière équivalente
- Orienté.e par l'AViQ ou bénéficiant d'une attestation reconnaissant le handicap
- Ayant moins de 25 ans, inoccupé.e depuis au moins 12 mois et qui dispose au maximum du CESS
- Being 55 years old and over
