Raise awareness of the realities of the world of work, interpersonal skills, hygiene, assertiveness, etc.
Set up an internship aimed at discovering the profession, assessing skills or training the future worker
Providing front-line information
Reform(s) of hiring aid, types of employment contracts, sectoral realities, partnership and training network
Ensure follow-up in employment
For a period of 6 months, from the date of engagement, we will provide regular monitoring with you and the new worker.
We will remain available to play the role of mediator if you wish.
