Goals
At the end of the kitchen assistant training, you will be able to
- Comply with health and safety rules (HACCP)
- Receive and store supplies
- Ensure the placement of cold or hot dishes, cutting vegetables
- Manage cooking
- Make sauces (hot/cold)
- Maintain and clean utensils, equipment and premises
At the end of the bartender/room attendant training, you will be able to
- Set up the room and its annexes
- Greet customers and advise them on the choice of food and drinks
- Take orders, prepare and serve drinks and food
- Ensure the finishing and decoration of drinks
- Restock the fridges
- Prepare notes and collect bills
- Clean and put in order
