Goals
- At the end of the training you will be able to
- Communicate more easily orally and in writing
- Manage dispute or stressful situations
- Know the correct vocabulary
- Adopt ergonomic positions in the sales profession
- Practically carry out the various tasks related to sales: restocking, storage, cash register, customer advice
- Recognize counterfeit notes, act in the face of a debt situation
- Create a CV, succeed in a job interview, talk about hiring assistance, choose the most suitable sales profession
